In August 2018, Adi Rozen, a resident of Netiv HaTara, created 'Sipor Culinari', to make people come to the south and fall in love with it. She believed that through the food, the interesting stories, the exciting meetings and the surprising places, it would succeed.
Today the 'Culinary Story' team consists of 4 guides, all of whom live in the Gaza Envelope and all of whom feel a huge right to spread the message of much love to their place of residence.
We all know that the automatic connotations of the wrap are related to the security situation, but the culinary tours provide a real glimpse beyond what you see in the media. We are proud to be ambassadors of southern food and promise an experience full of food, joy and love.
